How exactly did you do this? I'm interested in doing similar, I just have no place to from. For example, how did you remove icons from the menu bar? And how did you put that search tool in the bottom right corner, and what is that in the bottom left corner? Also what music player is that? ( Sorry about all the questions... XD )
I'll try and help you out here, lets see first to remove the icons from the menubar - simply hold down the command key and while holding it down click on the menubar icon you want removed and drag it off and POOF it's gone. Now, if a particular icon refuses to move this just means you downloaded it and it wasn't one of the "core" mac menubar items like airport, Bluetooth, time machine, or volume etc. so what you need to do is click on the icon and find your way to settings or preferences for the icon you no longer want on the menubar and just look around and you'll find a check box asking if you want this enabled for the menubar and just uncheck it's box.
For the search bar at the bottom, it's a bit tricky if your unfamiliar with terminal or using dashboard but you can find all the information about how to accomplish this here - [link] You can download any of the search bars here (whichever you prefer) - [link]
the music player in the bottom left corner is basically used with itunes to display what is currently playing, its a free mac app which you can download in the mac app store, just search for bowtie and download it. Then you can find alternate skins/themes here [link]
