This might be a simple question but would you mind sharing the picture that you used with geektool to get the cross at the top left ? Or at least a small tutorial on how to make the pictures for the menubar

yes its dragthing. i'm pretty sure the theme in this SS is either the 'HUD' or 'simpleone' theme.
